Cast Iron Blow Through Airlock Valve Positive Rotary Feeder

Rotary airlocks displace bulk solids from one vessel or atmosphere to another, while minimizing the loss
of air pressure between them. In pneumatic conveying systems, rotary airlocks are used to charge bulk
solids into the system or to remove them from collection devices (e.g. cyclone or dust collector) at the
end of a system. Pneumatic systems use high-pressure fans or blowers to impart velocity to air thru a
defined circuit of piping, carrying the bulk solids with it thru the system.

 
Rotary feeder is also called rotary pocket feeder or airlock machine.The structure of normal rotary feedèr
(shown as the picture on the right) is that a rotor with several blades in acylindrical case. The material feu
byweight rom he hopper onthe top flsin the srace between the blades,then dschargesaterbeing
sent to thelower part whle rotatng together with blades.The side of the housingsetup equalty pressure
snif jaws,which can snifthe highpressure air of the rotor'simpelerrotary, reduce the phenomenon of
the alr ht matertal, beneft the materialsraton.
Both upper and lower flanges of GR'standard type rotary feeder
are round.For special adapter required by customer, such as
square and rectangular, tlangejoiningup can be determined
separately, but the thickness of flange is determined accordingto
the standard stipulated by this company.
